By placing an order or using the Chai & Chutney website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Order Availability
Our online ordering system is available for pickup orders during our operating hours. Please check our website for the most current hours of operation.
2. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full at the time of placement. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment provider.
3. Order Processing and Pickup
- Orders are generally ready for pickup within 15-20 minutes.
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection at our Etobicoke location.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
- No refunds are available once the food has been prepared, unless there is an issue with the order.
- Orders may be canceled before food preparation starts. To cancel, please call +1 416 745 2121.
5. Limitation of Liability
Chai & Chutney is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased meal.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
